The maintenance package is based on "half an hour a week" maintenance, rounded up to a total of 30 hours a year - ample time to keep your web site upto date.

Just provide the new or ammended text or image changes and details of any new links that you want adding to your web site, and it will be done.

The maintenance package works just like your mobile phones rollover minutes.

Unused maintenance hours will be rolled over to be used in forthcoming months.
A regular maintenance time report will be provided so that you can keep track for your budgeting purposes.

Submitting Photo and Text Updates

• All text changes should be emailed.
• This saves typing time as well typo errors !
• All photographs, images and logo graphics should be emailed as either gif or jpg image.
• If you don't have a digital camera most photo developers now produce 35mm or APS camera films onto CDs.

 

Once developed simply load the disc onto your pc and use the email function in the software to send the relevant pictures; or just send the whole CD and saying which pictures you want to use.

If you feel that you will require a more regular maintenance scheme, longer packages can be arranged at an economical rate. If you require one off additional maintenance to your site these are charged from £10-15 per hour, depending on the nature of the update required - a full quote will be given before commencing the work.
